Our values

For many years, we have steadfastly pursued sustainable farming practices. By mulching and maintaining a permanent ground cover around the vines, we have reduced the use of weed-killers and helped prevent soil erosion. Use of insecticides was completely abandoned in 2001. We are aware of the benefits of biodiversity and protect the melliferous hedgerows. In 2012, we installed a beehive right in the heart of the vineyard.
Since 2009, we have tended part of our vineyard according to the rules of organic farming.
We set great store by human values. Every year, we enjoy welcoming back our team of grape-pickers. We appreciate their great loyalty and love sharing this very intense but festive period with them!
